Auction Rules and Terms

• All bids are final.

Payment

• Payment by check on sale day is preferred made out to Chuck Yarbro Auctioneers, Inc.

• Cash and cards are other accepted forms of payment.
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards will be subject to a 4% convenience fee.
• Invoices will be distributed to businesses for accounting by Friday, September 6^th.

 

 

Animal Processing

• Onsite buyers will need to designate the destination (turn or custom kill) of the animal during the auction.
• Online buyers will need to notify our staff of the destination by 4pm on August 30th
