NCWJLS Terms:

NOTICE: ALL BIDDERS/BUYERS ATTENDING THIS SALE AGREE THAT THEY HAVE READ AND HAVE FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THESE TERMS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.


BIDDING: If you bid on an animal and are the winning bidder, you have bought the animal. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. ALL sales are final.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements, etc., from the auction platform will take precedence over any printed matter given out at the sale.

DISPUTES: The auctioneer will settle any and all disputes regarding bids.

TIME OF RELEASE: Removal of animals will be specified by an NCWJLS Official.

PAYMENT: It is the sole responsibility of the successful Bidder (buyer) to pay in full and to guarantee said payment to the NCWJLS Office by the conclusion of the auction by cash, credit card* or certified bank funds. Failure to make same day payment or payment arrangements with the office will result in the invoice being automatically billed to the credit card listed below. The exhibitor cannot receive payment until all add-ons are received and the purchase price is remitted by the buyer. Checks are to be made payable to: North Central WA Jr. Livestock Show or NCWJLS.

Non-payment of Bidder/Buyer receipt may result in court/legal fees. If this occurrence happens the Bidder/Buyer is responsible for all court/legal fees.

*Please note there is a 4% fee applied to purchase price for all credit or debit card transactions.
