Buyer will receive a bonded title. After three years, the title will automatically become a "clean" title. In the event the buyer wishes to sell the item within three year span, they will be required to purchase a separate bond for the new purchaser. This only applies to Washington buyers. Out of state buyers will receive a transferable title. The trailer must be paid for by March 14th. Trailer must stay onsite for two weeks for WSP VIN inspection.
