Enjoy yourself! BID GENEROUSLY! Each dollar bid not only secures a great auction item, more importantly it helps support those in our community with cancer. Your bid number is included with your program. If you would like more than one bid number please ask at the registration table. Please use your assigned bid number for all bids. To place your bid on a Silent Auction item please print your bid number next to your bid on the bid sheet next to the item. To bid on Live Auction items raise your bid number for the auctioneer. Full payment of purchased items is due at the end of the evening. Cash, Check, MasterCard and Visa areaccepted. All sales are final. Exchanges or Returns are difficult or impossible. Contact Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation if you have difficulty with any auction item purchased. Please remove all items by the end of the evening. When collecting auction items you’ve won, please show your receipt to one of the volunteers assisting at the Silent and Live Auction locations. Successful bidders for the Live Auction will be asked to sign a receipt for the item. At that time, you should verify your bid number and the amount bid for the item. Check out begins at the end of the Live Auction. Please do not check out until you are finished bidding for theevening. For all certificate items (non-tangible items and services) it will be your responsibility to contact the auction item donor(s) to obtain the purchased service or merchandise. If you have any difficulty contacting the donor or arranging for the goods or services you’ve won, please contact the Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation. All transfer, license fees and taxes are assumed by the purchaser. The Country Sweethearts committee retains the right to withdraw any item from the auction prior to the call for bid. The Country Sweethearts committee has worked hard to catalog and describe the items accurately. All merchandise is sold “as-is” and as represented in the catalog. Please read carefully, listen carefully, and review all items. If there is a substantial problem with the item won at auction please contact the Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation and we will endeavor to do all we can to correct the problem.
